Virtual Media Holdings Inc completes acquisition of
Biomass Secure Power Ltd

Vancouver BC, Virtual Media Holdings Inc (Pink:VMHIF) Jim Carroll Chief Executive Officer is pleased to announce that the acquisition of Biomass Secure Power is now completed subject to certain conditions that must be approved by Virtual Media Holdings shareholders. Management is confident that they have sufficient support from shareholders to finalize the agreement.  This acquisition changes the whole focus of the company and takes us in a new direction. The new business plan will position us to be a leader in the development of biomass co-generation power plants in Canada and the USA. Applications are now underway for construction of the first plant in Abbotsford BC, completion and start up of the power plant is expected to be late 2010.

Biomass Secure Power brings new life to the company and will put us on the road to profitability as revenues will be generated from a twenty year contract with BC Hydro under their Standing Offer Program and sale of hot water heat to greenhouses. A twenty year lease has been secured with a greenhouse company, the lease matches the term of the contract we plan to sign with BC Hydro.

Details on the progress of the Abbotsford power plant and other projects will be released as milestones are reached. Biomass Secure Power has plans to build up to ten power plants between now and end of 2015.

The company will change its name to Biomass Secure Power and the new trading symbol will be BMSPF once a new cusip number is obtained.

The company auditors Dale Matheson Carr-Hilton Labonte have agreed to resign and we are in the process of hiring new auditors. This will assist in the completion of the 2006 audit and enable us to get all filing current and enable us to return to trading on the BB:OTC.

The website for Biomass Secure Power will be up for public viewing by September 30, 2008.
